Manufacturing and Prototyping services.

CRCI offers complete turnkey capabilities from concept to prototype to production runs. We are focused on providing our customers top-quality products, reliable service, and quick delivery. Our CAD/CAM Database capabilities enable us to import your drawing files and rapidly convert them complete with material take-off and send the product to the production floor for manufacture.

We have a 3M circuit board lab for all of your electronic requirements during the manufacturing and prototyping process.

Our Fabrication Facility in Norfolk, VA is fully equipped to handle your project. A certified weld shop is outfitted with the latest MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and spot welding machinery. Metal finishing capabilities include chemical conversion (IRIDITE), wet spray painting, and powder coating.

Depot Repair Services.

CRCI provides high quality repair and refurbishment services to our commercial and government customers. We are an authorized factory repair facility for a multitude of mobile radio and communication equipment companies. Our company operates a full service depot facility on the concept of component level, depot repair and refurbishment for high tech industries. CRCI utilizes a lean methodology that allows us to offer highly efficient and productive electronic depot repair and reverse logistic services. The result is lower costs and improved quality through lean management practices and the design and implementation of efficient controls, procedures and a strict ISO based Quality Assurance program.
