July 2011 - CRCI Awarded Contract Under PSA for IT-21 Shipboard LAN

CRCI awarded contract to upgrade IT-21 SIPRNet and NIPRNet LAN aboard the USS Jason Dunham (DDG 109) and the USS Gravely (DDG 107) The upgrades include over 20 aditional AP's and better integration with ship to shore LAN / WAN. CRCI also serviced 36 NAVSSI Fiber Optic Cables.

CRCI awarded contract to perform electrical plant overhaul and upgrade for the USS Ashland (LSD 48) Mid-life.



August 2010 - CRCI awarded Virginia Beach Field House In-Building Communications Amplification Contract

A $15M indoor sports complex in Virginia Beach comes under the new NFPA 1: Annex O codes.

The Virginia Beach Field House, a new $15 million facility constructed by Wack General Contractors, will offer multiple sports activities and will also serve as a shelter to the public during emergency situations. The state-of-the-art facility is located next to the Virginia Beach Sportsplex on Landstown Road.

CRCI was awarded a contract to design and install an In-Building Communications Amplification System in support of Public Safety Services. This new system ensures that First Responders communications will work inside the facility during emergency situations.

This facility is one of the first in Virginia Beach to fall under the new NFPA codes. Wack General Contractors called on CRCI, a local leader in RF Solutions, to design and ensure the best system possible for the new field house. CRCI completed the system on schedule and demonstrated 100% coverage of the entire facility.

July 2010 - Awarded wave guide overhaul Contract

CRCI awarded contract to perform radar wave guide inspection, replacement and reconfiguration on the USS San Jacinto (CG 56).



July 2010 - CRCI Awarded RADAR Antenna Contract

CRCI received a contract to refurbish surface search radar antennas for URSANAV in support of the U S Coast Guard. CRCI will perform sweeps on all antennas, refurbish all items including waveguide and return the antennas to factory specifications. CRCI is the premier expert and provider for antenna overhauls in the Tidewater Region.



July 2010 - CRCI Awarded Fiber Optic Contract

CRCI awarded contract to analyze, troubleshoot and repair the Combat Systems fiber optic plant on board the USS Independence (LCS 2). project was completed on time with zero defects.



June 2010 - CRCI Awarded CIWS Contract

CRCI awarded Close-In Weapons System (CIWS) upgrades. The contract is to install new CIWS mounts, cable/electronic systems and optically align the mounts. CRCI successfully provided a Turn-Key system ahead of schedule with no defects.



June 2010 - CRCI Awarded SONAR DOME Contract

CRCI awarded contract to perform a sonar dome overhaul aboard the USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51). The contract covers removal of all stave cables and transducers, installation of new transducers, stave cables, connectorization and a system SOVT. CRCI has built a reputation as the leading provider of sonar dome services on the East Coast.



April 2010 - Awarded Electrical Mid-life Contract

CRCI awarded contract to perform electrical plant overhaul and upgrade for the USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) Mid-life.

CRCI has completed it's forth successful ALLSS installation on board LSD Class ships. Three of the installs were full capability systems with 23 cameras and 6 control and view stations. CRCI performed all areas of the system installation from the deck plates and welding to system groom and training.
