1. How do our products differentiate from our competition?

Our products are thoroughly tested for shock, vibration and environmental capabilities and set the standard for usability and durability. CRCI designs our components and enclosures to be completely sealed against dust particles and harsh environments. Our designs are based on requirements specified in MIL-STD 810F and MIL-STD 461.

You would be forgiven for thinking such performance comes at the cost of size and weight but CRCI re-engineers it's products to be compatible with your current equipment and installations. This minimizes additional expenses incurred due to system modifications and changes to foundations/locations

CRCI is one of the only companies in the United States that re manufactures and applies ruggedization methodologies to Antenna Tilt Units, Junction Boxes, Antenna Matching Networks and Couplers. We are fully staffed with in-house service, parts departments and qualified, trained technicians and engineers. This allows CRCI to offer fast and prompt response to your service needs.

Ruggedized Communication Antennas :

The Antenna Tilting Group (ATG) is a modular electromechanical system for lowering/raising shipboard communication antennas when operational needs require this capability. Due to the harsh environment that the ATG operates in the complexity of the units and lack of a maintenance program, there is growing concern in the fleet over the material readiness of the ATG. CRCI has been serving as an AIT team for SPAWAR as well as all the major Shipyards for providing the Navy with ruggedized, high quality, efficient restoration support to these degrading antenna-tilting mechanisms for over fifteen years. CRCI is uniquely qualified to provide solutions to these aging tilt mechanisms. By evaluating the problems and applying new corrosion engineering techniques, new metals, rugged structural reinforcement, CRCI can restore degenerating units to higher operational reliability then when they were first manufactured. In addition to ATG's, CRCI can build/manufacture and overhaul many Communications and radar antennas, couplers and junction boxes.
